About these terms

These terms describe the permitted use of COREWEY’s website, published content, Opportunity Snapshot and Business Technology Assessment. COREWEY is a registered business based in Serbia, operated by Mark Bakos. Registration number: 68290929. Tax identification number (TIN): 115341396.

The website presents our services and provides free tools to help you explore a business technology problem. It does not provide an online checkout or establish a paid client engagement merely because you visit, use a tool or send an inquiry.

Any software development or other client engagement requires a separate agreement covering its scope, fees, delivery, confidentiality, intellectual property and other project terms. These website terms do not replace or modify that agreement.

Permitted use

You may browse the website, share links to its pages, use the tools and copy or download your generated brief for your own evaluation and business discussions. Respect applicable law and the rights of others.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, defeat security controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability or use the website to send spam or unlawful material. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for a business.

Normal search indexing and linking are permitted. Automated access must respect published crawler rules and must not overload the website, bypass protections or infringe rights in its content.

Tool results and assumptions

The Opportunity tools use deterministic rules and your selected answers to suggest possible technology directions. Scenarios and calculations depend on the assumptions shown and the values you enter. Example figures are illustrative, not evidence of results achieved for your business.

Results are general planning information. They are not a quote, feasibility commitment, professional legal or financial advice, or a guarantee of savings, revenue, implementation cost or project success.

Check your inputs and validate recommendations against your actual requirements before making decisions. A project discussion and any subsequent agreement are separate from the tool’s output.

Inquiries and information you share

The contact form prepares an email draft in your browser. Opening or copying it does not submit an inquiry to COREWEY. You choose whether to send the message using your email application and whether to include an Opportunity brief.

Send information you are entitled to share, and provide accurate contact details. Avoid passwords, sensitive personal records or confidential material belonging to other people. Agree an appropriate confidentiality arrangement before sharing sensitive project information.

An inquiry does not create a client relationship, an obligation to accept a project or an agreed delivery date. Project commitments must be agreed separately.

Sending feedback or a project idea does not transfer ownership of your material to us or grant an unrestricted licence to use it. Website feedback may be considered to improve the website; rights in project deliverables are governed by the relevant client agreement.

Content and intellectual property

Rights in the website’s original text, designs, code, logos and other materials belong to COREWEY or their respective owners. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable licences.

You may view and make reasonable copies of published material for your own reference and internal business evaluation, retaining attribution and rights notices. Generated briefs may be used as described above.

Other reproduction, republication, resale or use of our branding requires permission unless an applicable licence or law permits it. These terms do not restrict lawful quotation, statutory exceptions or rights granted by open-source licences.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains website analytics, browser storage, contact information, retention and your privacy rights. These terms do not replace that policy or waive your data-protection rights.

Using the website or sending an inquiry does not itself provide blanket consent to promotional emails. Promotional communications remain subject to applicable consent, lawful-basis and electronic-marketing requirements.

You may object to promotional communication by emailing contact@corewey.com. We may still respond to an inquiry you make or send necessary non-marketing business correspondence.

External links and services

Links to other websites and actions that open your email application take you to services operated separately from COREWEY. Their terms and privacy practices may differ from ours.

A link does not imply endorsement of all content on the destination website. We do not control the availability or content of third-party websites.

Availability and updates

We may maintain, update or remove website content and free tools. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures or events outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that all information will always be complete, current or free from errors.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, respond to misuse or comply with law. This does not alter rights or obligations under a separate client agreement.

When these terms change, we will update the effective date and give any notice required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing client agreement or remove accrued statutory rights.

Liability and statutory rights

The free website and its tools are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude warranties not expressly given and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, such as lost business opportunities or profits.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where the law prohibits that limitation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Mandatory consumer protections and other statutory rights remain unaffected. Liability for paid client work is governed by the relevant separate agreement and applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you and cannot be displaced by a choice of law.

Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Serbia, except where applicable mandatory rules give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or require another court. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory remedies.

If a concern arises, you can contact contact@corewey.com to discuss it. Contacting us first is not a condition for exercising a legal right or approaching a competent authority.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. An unenforceable term is not automatically replaced with a broader restriction on your rights.
