COREWEY / Opportunity Analysis

Find where technology could create the most leverage in your business.

Answer a few questions about what you are trying to improve. COREWEY will map the strongest software and automation opportunities, the metrics that matter, and what we would investigate first.

What are you trying to improve?

Choose up to three. Start with the priorities you want to explore together.

Better decisions before a bigger build.

COREWEY’s business technology assessment helps companies identify opportunities for custom software, workflow automation, system integration, AI-assisted workflows, software modernization, digital products and scalable technical systems.

It is a starting point for business owners and teams who know something could work better, but want clarity before committing to a particular technology.

What this assessment identifies

Where manual effort, disconnected information, difficult software or uncertain product ideas create a useful opportunity. It distinguishes a new system from improving existing tools, conventional automation from AI-assisted work, and an engineering problem from a process problem.

Who it is for

Owners, operations leaders and technical teams considering a new product, a better internal system, a stronger website or more dependable software. You can choose several objectives while giving one priority more weight.

What you receive

An opportunity map, reasoning from your answers, relevant business metrics, a possible system shape, questions to validate and one practical first move. Your generated project brief can be copied, downloaded or carried into a conversation.

How results are created

Configured rules weigh your objectives and evidence. Related questions are shared across branches; irrelevant questions are skipped. AI requires evidence of interpretation and unstructured information. Unknown answers stay unknown, and numerical scenarios require your explicit assumptions.

Questions before you start.

Is this free, and do I need to share my email?

The assessment is free to use. You do not need an account or email address to see your opportunity map, recommendations or generated brief.

Will it always recommend AI or custom software?

No. Clear, repeatable rules may need conventional automation. A poorly defined process may need clarification first. An early product idea may need validation, and existing software may benefit from a focused redesign instead of a rebuild.

How are the recommendations created?

The tool uses explicit branching and weighted rules. Your objectives, current situation and constraints determine which directions are worth investigating. No language model generates the recommendations, and signal labels are not scientific benchmarks.

Are the numbers a forecast?

No. Optional scenarios use only the numeric assumptions you enter or explicitly carry forward from the homepage. They show how a change might affect a metric under those assumptions. They are not guaranteed savings, revenue forecasts or project quotations.

What happens to my answers?

Answers stay in session storage in this browser tab when available. The tool continues to work if browser storage is blocked. Contact carries your brief into the project email builder, or opens a direct email draft when storage is unavailable. Nothing is sent automatically. Do not include confidential records in a draft you do not intend to share.

What should I do after the analysis?

Use the recommended first move to validate the opportunity. You can copy or download your brief, or continue to project details to discuss it with COREWEY. The brief carries your context so you do not need to type the answers again.
